Right of withdrawal

When you shop on our website, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you or someone you have designated receives the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify Pågen within the withdrawal period by sending an email to ecommerce.manager@pagen.se. Clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return.

Once we have received your notification, we will send you a return label.

The items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us that you are cancelling the purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the items are well packed during transport. We recommend that the items be returned in their original packaging or other equivalent protective packaging.

The cost of return shipping is paid by you as the customer. We provide a return label, and the cost of the return shipping is deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day we received the returned item, or when you have provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method as was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
